GROUP ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING

AGE GROUPS

  • 10 and under (youth)
  • 11-13 (middle school)
  • 14 and over (high school)
  • Collegiate plus

CLASSES AND SCHEDULING

  • Class schedules will be set each day of the fall, spring, and summer training blocks
  • 1-2 class times will be available per day per age group depending on season
  • The training classes may be scheduled individually each day or week, or in bulk
  • First come, first serve basis- the classes will not exceed the promised coach to athlete ratio
  • 24-hour cancellation policy

 

**THE GROUP PROGRAMS ARE DETAILED AND PRESCRIBED BASED ON EVALUATIONS, GOALS, AND RESPONSE TO TRAINING.

EVALUATIONS

The evaluation process will be a full assessment of muscle, joint, and movement pattern. Performance tests will be performed before and after the training block to measure improvements.

STRENGTH & POWER TRAINING

  • Strength- absolute and velocity-specific
  • Vertical, horizontal, and multidirectional power development
  • Complete core development and enhancement

MOVEMENT TRAINING

  • 1st step quickness
  • Linear and multidirectional speed
  • Football specifics- broken down by position
  • Energy system development for football- general and by position
  • Play drives/ interval training
  • Sled strength and/or power endurance
  • Tempo runs

FOOTBALL SPECIFICS

  • Positional workouts
  • Speed and power drills to enhance position-specific movements
  • Metabolic and movement demands broken down by position:
  • QB- drops, in pocket movement, out of pocket movement, open field movement
  • RB/FB- open field movement, breaking tackles, lateral movement/ pass protection, assisted/resisted cuts
  • WR/TE- open field movement, routes, assisted/resisted cuts
  • OL- pass protect, run block, resisted power endurance, footwork/ lateral agility, hands drills
  • DL- pass rush, resisted power endurance, lateral/ circular speed, hand drills
  • LB- open field movement, pass rush, lateral speed, drop into coverage
  • DB- back cuts, forward cuts, backpedal/ angle-pedal, back lateral run, back angle lateral run, hip pivots, and speed turns

REGENERATION AND RECOVERY

Individualized corrective realignment and regenerative protocol prescription and sessions

  • Weekly rehabilitative and regenerative care active regeneration, pool mobility, contrast
