Dinez Merrao History


Dinez Merrao Training is a mobile personal training organization conceived in 2013 by University of Richmond Graduate, Rodney Barnes as a convenient way to deliver sports performance training and general fitness exercise right to your doorstep.


In 2014, Rodney D. Barnes II graduated from the University of Richmond earning a Bachelors degree in Psychology and minor in Business Administration.


After tearing his left ACL in 2006 and right ACL in 2010 Barnes continued his pursuit for greatness. In 2011, Barnes transferred to the University of Richmond from J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College and joined the spiders Division I AA football program as a walk-on student athlete.


Following a solid 2013 NFL Proday performance, Barnes was invited to attend the Washington Redskins 2013 Rookie Mini Camp.


Barnes earned a futures private workout invitation for the Denver Broncos in 2015.


In 2016, Barnes was selected for consecutive private workouts with the Greenbay Packers.


In 2017, Barnes became a member of the Green Bay Blizzards Indoor Football League under head coach Chris Williams.


In 2018, Barnes became a member of the Cedar Rapids Titans Indoor Football League under head coach Marvin Jones.
