A. SCOTT FITNESS IS A FITNESS ORGANIZATION THAT COMBINES THE FUN AND EXCITING MOVEMENTS OF DANCING WITH PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING. EACH OF OUR CLASSES TARGET NOT ONLY THE BODY BUT THE HEART AND SOUL AS EACH SONG CREATES A VIBE THAT ALLOWS YOU TO MOVE WITH THE MUSIC.

#WORK N Twerk
This class consists of dancing to the latest hip hop music while having fun dancing the weight off! This class will be held on the 1st Saturday of the month.

Soca Vibes
This class deals with more so Afrobeat music that gives you the island vibe with the best island moves! This class will be held the 2nd Saturday of the month.

Move N Groove
This class is all about the old school from the 80’s to the 90’s. Taken you back to the cabbage patch and the running man. This class will be held the 3rd Saturday of the month.

Upper Body Workout
This service consists of arms, back, and chest exercises for ALL fitness levels! A challenge to build up strength in the upper body for you to show off to the world! Classes for this service will be held on Mondays from 7PM-8PM.

Lower Body Workout
This service consists of legs, abs, and booty toning exercises for ALL fitness levels! A challenge to develop that beautiful body of yours. Classes will be held on Tuesdays from 7PM-8PM.
